Keep Focused - 3 Ideas to Help

We can all benefit from reminders to help keep us on the straight and narrow, particularly if we're working on something new, or prone to distraction (er...just me?)so here are 3 ideas you can implement RIGHT NOW to keep you on track...

1. Keep visual reminders nearby; on sticky notes on or inside cupboards, using the background on your phone or keeping a note in your back pocket. 2. Use the alarm or calendar feature on your mobile to remind you of your intention. Or use it to help you prompt a helpful action or affirmation 3. Each day reflect on what you have progressed and what you are proud of. These can be 2 different things and it's about noticing and recognising those small steps!
